A Place for Mom interview questions

Three interviews - once with a recruiter, a team lead, and a regional manager. Too many steps - could have been completed in two meetings. The recruiters are awesome though and the management is extremely nice and transparent.

3 rounds of interviews…starts with the recruiter, a team lead then regional manager. They all asked decent but very similar questions. In my interview the recruiter and the other 2 managers were not on the same page with the schedule so that made the interview awkward when asked about working a totally different schedule than what the recruiter said. Be prepared to work weekends…and was told most of the team works both weekend days
