The whole process felt very disorganized. Phone screen with the recruiter, then 2 interviews with the hiring team (1 being a presentation). One of the interviewers was very condescending. Felt like they didn’t do the best job selling the company.

Took 3 weeks for internal recruiter to review since applied. First round with the internal recruiter. Second round with HR, friendly and was able to share what their expectation and culture. Third round with CRO, 5 mins into the call and I know I won't get hired. The interviewer is a misogynist and the questions asked were targeting on how I'm not a fit to what she wants, nothing about exploring the potentials or possibility, as compared to the chat with HR before, she was convinced that my experience is a great fit. As they were trying to get all new hires to onboard at the same date, last I checked on LinkedIn, the batch of new hires are all men. The same job is up again in Oct 2024, its likely that they are just collecting resume.
