Friendly and humane. Questions were by several people regarding my previous experiences and the questions weren't overly technical. The process put me much more at ease than I thought it was going to be.

What is my background experience with mass production techniques
Mostly behavior scenario questions with some technical experience follow up.
First round was HR only over the phone. Second round was with the hiring Manager plus some other area representatives. I got to meet some of the team members and went on a brief tour of the campus.
