interview process depends on individual level. One's knowledge is tested in great detail. Interview questions are not too difficult but tricky. There is a big marketing team which guides the consultant through the entire process of hiring. sometimes there are skype and in person interviews as well. the company also helps with the in person interviews, provide the flight and ride as well.
