Interview
I applied online, and was contacted by the manager via email. He asked a variety of questions, that i responded to. Next, he responded and asked me to come in for an interview. I was asked behavioral type questions, "tell me about a time when...". Overall good interview. We spoke about travel, etc for awhile. He asked me to come in another day to take an assessment. He said he would follow up, and eventually a recruiter called me into the office to make a job offer. I accepted!

Interview
Applied on line and received a call back within a week or two. The speed was mind blowing. The phone call was just to set up an in person interview with the manager. The entire hiring and interview process took about 3 weeks. It was just enough time to quit my other job and start here, so it was perfect. It's no fun waiting around for a call back or an offer after an interview so I was extremely grateful to have this speedy process.
