I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AAM Advisory (Singapore) in Jan 2019
Interview
Very professional and transparent, easy to deal with. They made you feel very welcome, it was also an inviting place to work with a smart office in the heart of the CBD, Singapore. HR was not great at getting back to me but nor are any HR departments in this day and age.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at AAM Advisory (Singapore) in Feb 2019
Interview
Met with the Head of Investment Research and a member of the team in an informal panel interview, at their office at Capitagreen. Nice and spacious decor, nothing to complain about that.
It was actually less of an interview, and more of a conversation. Perhaps it was due to the small team, but the questions they asked seemed to focus around cultural fit. It was also a good chance for me to know more about the company and team.
One thing that stood out to me is that HR was not involved in the interview process at all.
