Applied online, HR reached out a few days later to set up an initial screening call. That only lasted about 10-15 minutes, they had very few questions. I thought the call went very well and was told I would be contacted in a few days about next steps. Then I was ghosted. Learned I likely wasn't moving forward when I logged into my Workday account and saw my application had been changed to 'inactive'. From reading other reviews this seems to be common practice here.
