I interviewed twice, it’s a standard phone screen, meet with hiring manager and then panel discussion. I found the hiring manager to be unprofessional and distracting. It was disappointing. HR was quick to reply and professional.

Question 1
Mostly behavioral. Very little technical questions
I applied online. I interviewed at AAMC (Washington, DC)
Interview
Their interview process is pretty much the same for every job. You will get a phone call from a recruiter. From there a zoom with the hiring manager where they will just talk to you about the role. Then the third interview is a panel interview from the hiring team where they will ask you questions based off of AAMC core competencies.

Question 1
Talk about a mistake you made and the impact and how you corrected it.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AAMC (Washington, DC) in Oct 2015
Interview
I had a series of telephone calls. 1st with the recruiter, than 2 department members. Finally, there was a full day interview - 6 different meetings over the course of approximately 7 hours. Prior to the all day interview, I was required to submit a power point presentation. The entire process was very thorough and while the day seemed unnecessarily long, I appreciated the investment. The decision making follow-up could have been more timely.
