I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AARP (Miami, FL) in Sept 2011
Interview
Hiring process was very quick and transparent. Notified within a few days to interview and offered position one day after in-person meeting. Met everyone in the office and the environment was very welcoming. Usual amount of paper work and drug testing required. Overall a good process that is efficient and direct.

Question 1
Questions were a mix of experience based and situational. The most difficult questions came towards the end of the interview. Overall they were answerable but just required time to think about the best thing to say.
A phone interview and a teams interview about a week or two apart. It was a very straightforward process. The phone interview was more geared to resume-based questions and the teams interview was much more of a personality test, using the STAR method.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AARP in Jul 2024
Interview
Multiple interviews, each with different people. Very nice interviewers and not too difficult questions. I was told there would be another interview, but I ended up getting the job before that interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AARP (Washington, DC) in Jun 2024
Interview
The supervisor was really, really, sweet. Communication was a little late so I ended up interning with someone else, but everyone seemed like they cared a lot. I learned a lot more about the position and the process felt honest and reassuring of me as interviewee.
