Question 1
Experience lobbying at the state and federal level?
I interviewed twice with this employer in recent years, for essentially similar roles. At the outset, the process was structured and professional. In each of the instances, I advanced to the final round, and I was specifically advised that a decision was imminent and the decision was between me and one other person. Subsequent to the final interview—in both cases—I literally never heard a word from the employer, despite appropriate follow up on my part by email, telephone, and even an in-person visit to the employer’s office (when I visited the office, the selection official was not in, so I left a quick note for her with a member of the staff). Still, absolutely, no reply. Radio silence.
