There was a telephone interview before the first face to face interview with 2 employees. I was given a brief beforehand and had to create a presentation based on this - this was quite easy as you could approach it from a number of angles and actually quite enjoyable. Questions asked were about my current role and my experience in market research. The first interview was just to get a feel of who you are and how comfortable you are presenting your findings.
For the second interview, I was given a data related brief and had to create another presentation supported by the data - this was good to get your teeth into but quite time consuming. The second interview was with 2 different people from the last and
From the phone interview to being told I was unsuccessful, was about 3 months which was far too long. When I asked what their recruitment process was, they said it was 'fluid' which I thought was a poor answer. I held ABA in high regard before applying, but as time went on and I had heard no response, I lost interest in the role as I thought this was a poor reflection on the company.
