I participated ABB Talent recruitment process and wasn't chosen. They contacted me afterwards and offered this interview. The Interview itself was a really nice basic conversation with the team leader. During the interview the leader told me that he had the permission to hire. After two weeks he contacted me via email stating that they cannot continue the recruitment process in their team and that I gave him a positive impression. I called him two weeks later and kindly asked about their situation and he lost his temper and shouted me that calling instead of emailing was a mistake. I have no idea what happened but there are definitely organisational problems in the firm and I don't want to be part of it. I haven't applied for ABB after this happened.
