The process took about 2 weeks from the application to the moment of receiving a job offer. First a quick phone conversation with HR department, then face-to-face with the Team Leader and at the end with the Sales Director. Each step was supervised by the HR department and I was in touch with the recruiter every step of the way.

Long and painful, more than four interviews in the span of 9 months, manager tried to get privileged information and required several business evaluations which afterwards he asked for being amended. Not until the end of the recruitment process the direct superior was introduced.

Interview was in person with a suitably and qualified Hiring Manager at the company's office in a very pleasant atmosphere. Honest and good personal evaluation of the HR Manager. Interview questions allowed to elicit a well-rounded perspective of the candidate's interpersonal skills and capabilities. Personality, Manner, Attitude, and Impression - very good.
