Met with the Owner in the main office. The owner is very pleasant and personable. The interview process was fairly brief and authentic, in that there was no list of questions to answer, but rather a one-on-one conversation with the owner. We discussed previous experience and interests and the main concern was being received well by the clients and having the ability to accommodate their needs in a friendly and ethical manner. There were no skills tests or personality quizzes and the process was .
