The director of the center wanted to know about my education, my childcare experience, and how I could benefit the company. They were looking for several individuals with at least a year of childcare experience

Sit down interview with director, she allowed me to tell my story, I had free rein to express my personality and why I wanted this specific job. One hour. Very friendly, and comfortable. Offered position within 4 hours of interview. Very comfortable and at ease through the entire interview, great management!
