I applied online. I interviewed at ABC Parts International (Nassau, NY) in Sept 2020
Interview
It was an in-person interview. I quickly lost interest in the position due to the way I was treated during the interview. One of the first things out of my interviewer's mouth was that he just wanted to see who would show up. Considering every interview was a risk to myself and my family if the place wasn't safe enough, this was a pretty horrible thing to hear.
I can't say much on their interview process as it became clear he wasn't interested in hiring me either, even before I spoke. He made a big show of how a high school kid wouldn't be able to do that job anymore. (Disclaimer: I haven't been in high school for several years. I'm not sure why he felt the need to emphasize it like I was.) He asked me one question, took one question from me, and then dismissed me.

Question 1
I don't even remember the one thing he asked. Probably whether I would be fine doing other jobs around the facility too.
Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear you had such a frustrating experience, but I really appreciate you bringing this issue to my attention. We will strive to do better going forward.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at ABC Parts International (Mineola, NY) in Aug 2016
Interview
My interview consisted of a 1st and 2nd. I met with Fred on my 1st interview for the CSR position of August 2016. Fred was friendly and asked many questions about my previous jobs. After the interview he kept in touch with me via email about how the interview went and what the next steps would be.
A few days later Fred called me and let me know I would be interviewing with the owner of the company for my 2nd interview. I have to admit, I was a little nervous at first but the owner, Mitchell was very down to earth and asked a few questions about my job history and what I can provide for ABC Parts.
Overall the interview process from start to finish was quick and painless!
