Difficult psychometric test, followed by a video interview, and later invited to an assessment centre in Maidenhead. Stayed over in a hotel and taken out for dinner - a chance to meet the other candidates and assessors. The next day was 8-3:30. Our group of 10 was split in two. We cycled between individual presentation, Situational Judgement Interview (40 mins) to Group Task (discussing a project we were to set up together and present in front of assessors) and finally 2-1 interview.
