ABODA interview questions

Long, one week meet with two people, two-three weeks after meet with two more people, then get hired another week later? I feel like they would benefit from streamlining the process to get people in the roles faster.

I applied online and was contacted same day to schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview I was invited to interview at ABODA. I met with Kelly in HR and then Rene from the position department. Once I left I was called to move forward with the background check, MVR and drug test. At that point I took it as I was being offered a position because I mean, what company would waste their time and the applicants time doing those things? I followed up with letters of explanations and was told they were just waiting on my drug test results. Again, I felt lead to believe that once my drug test results came back I would be given a start date. A week after my initial face to face interviews, I got a call from Kelly, with what I thought was a start date, but she instead wanted me to interview with someone else! So 2 days later I met with Marci and I sent a follow up email 4 days later because at this point I’m completely confused with what is going on. ABODA needs to be very clear with their applicants! I passed up 1 second interview and 1 job offer because I was lead to believe that I was just waiting on a start date from ABODA.
