ABS Associates interview questions

I applied through a recruiter. First was a phone interview asking basic questions. Followed by a on site interview at office. Nothing too technical. I was called back for a 2nd interview a couple of days later to meet with the CEO. This interview lasted less than 10 minutes and was basically to get a green light from him. I feel as if they are just looking for any obvious reasons not to hire someone, and that anyone can really get a job there.
