Multiple round interviews including a phone interview, a technical presentation over video chat and then a follow up in person interview. I would say these increased in difficulty from interview 1 to 3.

After Applying through the Company Portal on 8th March 2025, I got a Mail on 14th March from Ms. Oana Ludu Kirillov that my resume has been shortlisted and i have to appear for the first round of interview on 19th march which will be of 20 minutes. The I had my Demo round on 28th of march. Then i was contacted by mr anand who told me he will visit me to meet personally regarding other details. Till this day i have no idea about the result. they keep pushing the date saying we are delayed in the recruitment process. very very unprofessional behaviour.

Interviewed by people responsible for innovation and strategy within the company. Took approximately 1 hour. Friendly chat sharing the requirements of the company for the role and innovation ideas from my end.
