I applied online. I interviewed at ACES ABA (Irvine, CA) in Sept 2017
Interview
The process started with a phone interview/screening which lasted about 20-30 minutes. Then I was scheduled for an in person interview at their Irvine office. The interview itself was based off of scenarios and how I would handle them. They also explained what the company did as well.

Question 1
They gave me two different toys and asked me how I would use the toys in a session with a client.
Very easy, generic questions via Zoom. Remote interview and typical questions about why you are applying, weaknesses / strengths, where you see yourself in 5 years, do you have any experiences working with children or autistic individuals, etc. etc. And then they will give you a tour of the company as well as some in person training with an instructor.
Interview was a breeze basically if u h e experience with special needs children and an I treat you get hired in the spot , questions were standard and got an offer same day

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ACES ABA (Hastings-on-Hudson, NY) in May 2022
Interview
The interview went really well. Better than I expected for my first interview. Felt very comfortable talking to them. It was done over zoom and was only me that was being interviewed which made it also feel a little bit easier.
