ACT Fibernet interview questions

The interview process was conducted face-to-face at the office location. It consisted of a combined HR and technical round. First, the interviewer asked me to introduce myself and explain my background, including my education and interest in transitioning into a data analyst role. After that, the discussion moved to technical questions mainly focused on Microsoft Excel. The interviewer asked questions related to Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, sorting, filtering, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques.

Initially, a consultant reached out. Then there were 3 rounds of interview with the organization- Round 1- hiring manager Round 2-L2 manager Round 3- HR Then offer rollout. Discussions were largely around past work experience.
