I emailed my resume to the HR Director after being referred to ADB by another safety professional. I was contacted by email within the hour wanting to schedule a call to answer a few questions. Later that evening, the recruiting department contacted me and I answered their questions and was not given the opportunity to ask any questions. A video interview was scheduled a week out with another recruiter. An hour before the interview, I received an email from ADB advising the video had been rescheduled with another recruiter. During my video interview, the Sr. Recruiter made a somewhat snide comment about the original person that was to interview me. The Sr. Recruiter took no time to talk about the company and jumped straight into the interview questions. I was not given any opportunity to ask about the company or the position. The next morning I received a rejection email. My experience with ADB’s recruiting department was less than professional and I feel they need to hire recruiters that have passion for people, and the company they are representing.
