Mostly software development related. Enterprise integration. Some questions on processes. Focus was on individual knowledge. Previous projects were discussed. References were asked and later followed up with. It was a comprehensive process.

One of the interviewers was nice, but the other was extremely rude. Being kind and polite costs nothing. Other than that, the interview wasn’t too difficult and had the typical technical and skills questions.
