Pretty low key conversations with potential peers, direct reports, and team members. Comprising of a phone call with the CEO and then video with 2 peers. Followed by an on-site with about 6 other people - all day.

Sent application. Was invited to take online assessments for style and capability. Afterwards was invited to give short prescreening answer back in writing. I was selected for an phone interview with the parent equity owner representative. I did my research, but there were more questions seemily aimed at throwing the interviewee off balance that gaining insight into either their skills or personality.

What's one thing that most people believe is true that you know is not true>
Spent hours completing pointless surveys with the promise of getting a phone interview. Upon completing the surveys, they told me thanks, but no thanks. What a joke of a company.
