I was interviewed by the two hiring managers via Microsoft teams. To be honest it was obvious they were not interested in me as a candidate from the very start. In the email invitation sent by HR, it stated that the interview will take 1/2 hr, however, at the very beginning of my interview, the hiring manager said it will only take 15 minutes. It was pretty clear that either they had already found a suitable candidate, or they simply interviewed me for the diversity & inclusion reasons, to tick the box per se, as the company appears to be extremely white-male dominated. The managers were not really interested in my answers and by cutting short I felt I did not get a fair chance. Honestly, I would rather they have cancelled that interview beforehand as it was a waste of time. No feedback was provided, received a very generic rejection email the next day.
