ADT interview questions

I had a recruiter call on February 12, 2026, and was told that I would hear back by early March on whether I would move forward to interview with the hiring manager. I kept waiting and following up, and I never heard back. The recruiter, Mindy Julius, keeps ghosting me whenever I message her on LinkedIn, and she is very active on LinkedIn. I am very disappointed with this company. Worst interview experience ever!

Received an email to complete an online assessment that consisted of roughly 5 different sections, received an invite to complete an AI powered video interview same day. The interview allowed for 1 retake and did not pause after questions. About two days later received invite for zoom interview with live person - the final interview last almost 30 mins where we discussed the job and she asked recruiter asked 3 final questions . I received the offer 2 days later.
