The interviewers were friendly and the whole process was quite relaxing. Two hours long including a technical exercise in the first 15 minutes, discussion and at the end, skill testing by drawing bending and shear diagrams and some HR questions.

Started with a scenario question to answer over a 20 minute period based on where I might build a bridge to best reduce congestion in a fictional town. Some general questions related to work experience and academics. Discussed project work examples that I provided relevant to structural analysis and design. Finished with a few technical questions, mainly bending moment and shear force diagrams.
