Interview
Standard - First and Second round. Managers and other office personnel involved. Standard questions - greatest strength, weaknesses, interest in job etc. Gauging interest in job - overview of skills for the position. Preparation definitely required.
Application was posted online on company website. Submitted application with a resume, then waited for a response from hiring department. Went through an initial pre-interview screening that allowed them to collect more information about me. Then had in person interview at location. Made it through interviews before being offered.
