The business line head have evaluated the past experience in consultancy domain. The focus was on how the skill sets available can be made use in line with the business goals set by the company. Also a keen exposure of the vision that the business line has was provided. Clear communication was provided on what would be the job responsibilities and what are the goals that are expected to be achieved.
