A screening with HR and interview with direct supervisor.
Screening was mostly behavioral and dived into motivations for choosing the company.
Direct supervisor interview was more on background, working style and knowing more about what to do when in the position

Interview
The process started with a standard, straightforward recruiter screening call to assess basic qualifications and timeline. After that, I was invited to a 30-minute virtual interview with the Director of Analytics.
Touched base with HR then scheduled an interview with the hiring manager. Only asked two questions and then proceeded to have an unstructured interview where I asked all the questions.
