HR got back to me within a day or two of my job application. Following an HR screen phone call, I interviewed in person at their office in Vancouver, BC wth a vice-president 3 or 4 days later. Interview questions mostly related to prior work experience. This was followed by a video call with two team leaders one week later. They asked the same questions as HR and were pleasant to talk with.

It starts out with the online assessment then the phone interview, then, if acceptable, you get called in for an in person interview where you will most likely get the job and the in person interview is usually to get to know the people. I'm not sure about the second part now that covid has hit.
