Was simple, called to ask when I was available, and to tell them about why I like the company. Was not hard, easy going and friendly. The process was when someone calls you, you answer and answer the questions they ask you. Simple as that,,, if they like you than you go to the next step on the interview process.

I was hired through an agency, met sales manager in a hotel lobby, asked to drive to corporate for training & to meet the owner, etc. They put me up in a nice hotel & gave me a meal allowance, but I was not paid for travel time, nor reimbursed for my gas.

The interview was relatively easy. I was accepting the salary & passed a background check. No industry experience at all.
