I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at AFCA (Melbourne) in Oct 2024
Interview
They only asked the usual interview questions, nothing particularly technical, which I found a bit surprising. I was expecting at least a few technical questions, given the nature of the role, but that didn’t happen. Overall, the interview was very straightforward and not challenging at all. It felt more like a general discussion rather than an in-depth evaluation of my technical skills.

Question 1
Interview questions such as, you know, what situation, technical or non-technical, are you proud of, most proud of in a previous workplace? Questions such as, you know, what's your previous experience like? References, etc.
A well structured, organised process. Phone interview, case study, online assessments, face-to-face interview. These are the steps involved. Organised process. They ask a lot of situational questions. Examples from work history
