360-interview type. I started as a temporary consultant and was considered with 2 other candidates. I interviewed with the President/CEO for several hours over several days even though I was working inside the organization. Next, I was interviewed by the Board Chair for about 30 minutes. Then the VP of Development for 45 minutes, the VP Programs for an hour, and the finance and accounting staff for an hour, all while working in the position for which I was interviewing. the other candidates when through the same process.
