Das erste Gespräch verlief sehr angenehm mit einer anfänglichen Vorstellungsrunde sowie eher üblichen Fragen zum Lebenslauf, zur Stelle und zu Soft Skills (z.B. Verhaltensweise im Team).
Für das zweite Gespräch sollte ich ein Probeaufgabe vorbereiten.

Interview
The process is that they are very excited to hear from you. The hiring manager talks to you and seem normal. You go in for an interview and things go well. Then, you never hear from these people again until there is another role. Then a different recruiter is really excited to hear from you, talk to the hiring manager, then ghosted again. I really question the hiring process and the trust of this company.
