Very easy, i received a tour of the facility, discussed the job duties and my availability and what benefits were offered. They ask about the applicant as an indivudual and then move onto how you feel you fit the role

Interview
During the interview, the manager and the assistant manager were both present. They gave a comprehensive job description and were very friendly. Their caring attitudes were fully apparent. The clearly explained the organization that exists within the workplace.
