the HR calling an half hour call. Then there is an interview of a hour with 2 team leaders. They only look for people with experience in NLP. The interviewer didn't read my resumé before interview.

I was presented with a general question about an evaluation of an LLM model, given a document and a question, how can I evaluate that the answer is based on the document and answers the question
An onsite interview. Attended two interviews. In the first one I did well, the second one not so much. I don't remember the exact questions, because it was a long time ago. Hope this is good enough.....
Good people, an overall nice experience. The first interview is quite high level interview - discussing a problem together, for example classify a Grammer issue in a sentence. Specifically discussing their wordtune application.
