There was an assessment centre followed by a zoom interview; interview had general questions about passion for the organisation, specific role interests within the given department, character indicator questions, etc

I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AIESEC (Patiala) in Jan 2019

General questions, evaluating past work and skills , the spontaneity of the candidate was checked apart from the communication skill and personality of the candidate, the interview was very formal and it was expected by the panel that candidate was willing to contribute towards the organization.

Application Process submitted at a deadline and reviewed. Once screened there will be a vote of confidence done by the local committees. Once passed the vote of confidence there will be a Q&A within a selection panel.
