Good interview. Started out sitting with some lower level managers and worked my way up to the SIO. Questions were straight forward. Environment was relaxed and welcoming and I really didn't feel like I was in an interview. It was more like a conversation.

3rd Round - interview with Program Manager
4th Round - interview with head of the PMO
All the rounds are sequential - meaning you will get to the next round only if you clear the previous rounds.
