Interview
Some fit questions, some technical questions. How many gas stations in the US? You have to show your thinking patterns. It was weird because some people were very technical, other were not technical at all.

How would you perform a principle component analysis?
HR call then meet with team members. Overall mostly behavioral questions, never got any technical questions. They seem to be more interested in cultural fit rather than technical skills. Very causal overall.

Casual and efficient. Screening call was casual: asking basic information of you and your experience and telling you about the position. In the next interviews they gave more role specific questions.
