Received an email from University Recruiting HR, scheduled an interview for the next week, interviewed on-campus. Very quick and streamlined interview.
For the position, purely behavioral interview with two 45-minute sections, one on more technical aspects (but still behavioral) and one on more group-based behavioral.

Tell me about a time when you had to work with an unhelpful teammate.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AIG (Charlotte, NC) in Feb 2018
Interview
Friendly interviewers. Met with several managers and answered behavioral questions. It began with a brief presentation by new hires followed by three one on one interviews. Each of these were concise but effective in that I got a feel for each of the people interviewing me. They didn't all ask the same questions so that was also helpful.

Interview
There were 2 behavioral interviews about 30 minutes each back to back. They were rather simple questions. Both of the people I spoke to were very nice and professional. It didn't feel as if I was being grilled at all it was a simple conversation. Definitely one of the easier and better interview experiences that I have had.
