Phone screening, phone interview with manager and then on-site interview with managers and coworkers in a panel setting. The process was thorough but well-organized. I was asked questions relevant to the open position and also asked interests outside of work. The additional questions helped them feel more comfortable with me and see if I would mesh well with the rest of the staff.
