Aimdek Technologies came to our campus to recruit for the role of software engineer trainee.
First round was online aptitude round of 23 mcq's out of which some question were technical questions of dbms and all.There were even 2 programs in this online aptitude round,all mcq's consists of 1 marks each but the programs were of 15 marks each(if i recall it correctly,I don't remember exact marks),if somebody can solve these programs than he can easily pass out first round.
In the second round group discussion was held in groups,each group was given a chance to choose their topic for gd.
The third round was technical interview in which questions regrading oops and dbms were thrown at us.
The fourth round or second technical interview was performed at their new office at thaltej,ahmedabad we were told to reach their office next day we were assured that travelling cost would be compensated upto rs.800,in this round we were given a task to make an algorithm on paper.
After this the final round was hr interview taken by their CEO himself,he asked us about our projects and all and even asked some technical questions.
The best thing about their interview process was that they were focusing more on the coding skills of a candidate they even included programs in their aptitude round,thus giving an edge to those candidates who are good in coding.
