I went through several rounds of interviews with different people at this company. In each round, I was repeatedly asked the same questions by different interviewers. In the final round, which lasted over an hour, they asked me a series of unusual questions, including details about my elementary and high school years, as if they wanted my entire life story. The experience felt more like a psychological evaluation than a job interview.
In the end, they told me, "We are not convinced that your motivation to work for AIMMS is genuinely related to AIMMS as a company." However, they were unable to provide a logical reason for reaching this conclusion.
