I applied through other source. I interviewed at AIR Communities
Interview
Very personable experience where the team took several opportunities to meet, greet and make themselves available for questions comments and feedback during an acquisition of a very large portfolio. They also conducted a very informative town hall for new hires. Great first impression.

Question 1
Describe your background and experience as it pertains to the role.
I got a call from a recruiter after applying online. Typical questions about skills and work history. I didn't hear back for about three weeks, and this was directly from the principal engineer. We then setup the behavioral interview in person. I thought this went well and they were normal questions about certain situations and how I would handle them. A couple of days later my tech interview was scheduled for a remote interview with the whole team. I thought this went well and after the interview was over we discussed next steps and I should hear back by midweek. I never heard back one way or the other and even tried to reach back out to the principal engineer but nothing. It's really unprofessional to not even get a quick email back saying no thanks. We put so much time in to be professional and put our best selves out there. Needless to say, I can't recommend a company that can't even give an email saying thanks for the time, but we've decided on someone else.

Question 1
Puzzle question, if you have a list of countries, deodorant and air freshener what combination of deodorant and air freshener will make a country name.
Lengthy interview with the promise of 5, yes 5, additional interviews before an offer would be considered. Company ghosted me after what I thought was a great interview and multiple follow ups. No regard for my time or efforts, with a very clear culture of corporate greed.
