Very friendly to start and very disrespectful after first phone interview with HR.
Applied for a job and received an email from a recruiter who had recently joined the company. I heard about the great place to work and standard facts when you speak with someone from the HR. He introduced himself as someone who respects every candidates and will definitely get back to me regardless of proceeding to the next step or not. That was a fair statement and I thought finally I found a company that respects candidates who they potentially can get hired (or not). He simply ghosted on me. 2 or 3 respectful follow up as a normal human being but not a single response. Funny thing, he had ONE job to do and that's calling and communicating with candidates and failed on his only job he had It was not only disrespectful but ruined the face of the whole company for me too. This comes from individual personality not the who company culture but these people simply ruin the company reputation.
Later I got introduced again to this company as a good place to work (some departments not all) so I thought I give them a chance again, even referring internally, I did not hear anything. I assume the guy didn't like someone gets back to him and respectfully write a review for the company so they block some people. HR is the face of the company to the world, I believe some were not placed in a right position here and are the reason so the company and outside candidate cannot be connect as great as the company can get benefit from talents. Some senior leadership personnel might need to take a close look into this process for sometime to find the person who is ruining the chances for both end and give him a hint or send him to HR basic training as a company is not a private property. It's a place for teamwork.
Spend some time and read other reviews, don't only trust what I wrote. Thank you
