To give a little context, we’ve received over 8,900 applications this year. To make sure candidates receive timely updates and that everyone is treated fairly and consistently, we do use automated communications at certain points in the process. These help with speed and clarity, but all hiring decisions are made by people, not systems, and assessments are just one part of how we evaluate suitability alongside CVs and role requirements.
I also want to reassure you that a “clinical” experience isn’t how our people experience AJW day to day. We have a highly engaged and growing workforce with strong participation in development programmes, leadership initiatives, fun budget events, team building events, and internal progression more!
That said, your feedback is important. Candidate experience matters, and we’re continually reviewing how we communicate our process so it feels clearer, warmer, and more personal.
