Interview
The interview consisted of two online tests - mental math and sequence. The tests are similar to what you may find on tradertest.org. I passed the mental math test by the skin of my teeth but did not make it through the sequence test. Both tests are fairly difficult, but if you practice enough you should be ok.
A lot of async steps first and then technical online. Medium difficulty online assesments and overall the process was good. Felt like they were respectful of time. Overall positive experience.

Interview
The first step is an online assessment focused primarily on arithmetic calculations, followed by a coding round with three questions. After that, there's a trading game round, and finally, an interview with a live interviewer.
There are 3 rounds of OA, including mental math, trading game, and one coding, and 1 interview with trader, and 1 interview with HR, and the final round is the onsite interview.
