I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AKUNA CAPITAL in Jan 2017
Interview
The first round is online mental math test. It consists of two digits multiplication, division, addition and subtraction, and is not that difficult; the sequence requires much more effort, and I find it difficult.
The second round is personality test. You have to be "not that nice" to pass the test. In the end there are 15 sequence test questions that are fairly simple.
The third round is video interview. Two behavioral questions, one calculation, and one probability. The calculation is very difficult, because they were written in English but not numbers...I didn't pass this round.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Sample question: Forty five point one minus twenty eight point three.
The interview process consists of an online assessment, phone screen, phone interview, and final interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, the phone interview was with a trader, and the final interview was with a trader.

Interview
Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".
